Question My Routine, good or bad

I've started this routine over the past couple yrs. Im just now gettin back to lifting again. Here what i do on my upper body. I trained diff for my lower body, Good or Bad.

I change my reps every workout. For example. Today im goin to do chest and bi's.

    4sets of 10rep flat bench
    4sets of 10rep decline
Next workout later in the wk I do
    4sets of 6reps flat and 4sets of 6reps decline.
    Same for my Bi's.
Then the next workout i go 8reps w the same sets. Then 10 then back to 6.
Reason for this is to never let my muscles adapt to one routine. Is this a good or bad approach? Ive always seen decent results but this is just something i made up on my own. I do sub out decline for incline and i switch one of my bi's exercises too. Anyone's opinion would be appreciated. Thanks for reading...

It's a bad approach. If you constantly change your workout, you have no basis for comparison, to see how you're progressing, form one week to the next. Increasing the weight you lift, and/or lifting the same weight for more reps, in a particular exercise, is what builds mass.

You need a structured routine, rather than a random list of exercises. Have a look here:
