im at 13.5 bf and im about to start a strength program that consists of 6x3, 5x5 stuff like that
i figure im going to put on some fat during this new regimine seeing as its not a very caloric demanding routine compared to the HIT routine im doing now
so shoould i cut a few bf % before i start the new routine?
im about 195 lbs btw
naw man. im probably 13% BF right now, and Im just gonna keep on bulkin. Why cut so short when you'll just gain it right back if you bulk. only cut if your gonna do it to see big changes
