Is there a bulking routine that gives you good definition on all your muscles?
5 days a week i can train, I was thinking each muscle group every day, but I dunno you guys could help...
I like Arnies routine but I wanna do something else with the same definition and what not.

HHHHHHHHHMMM bulking routine with definition??
Lifting weights alone aint gunna get you big or cut!! You can't really bulk without putting on fat! Bulking is 70% nutrition, you need to eat a lot to gain anything! Which obv requires a daily surplus of calories.
I think you need to read up on cutting and bulking.
As for workout program try looking at the proven programs on the stickys i.e ss, 5x5 etc"Everyone wants to be a bodybuilding, but no one wants to eat this whole chicken................ But i do"
