im finishing off my cut with the EC stack and everything went great. is it okay if i use clen during my next cut? or it has harsher side effects than EC?

At any age, I wouldn't use clen. That you're 18 is even more alarming

I used clen last summer and honestly all I noticed was sweating a lot, shaking, and a hell of a lot more alertness. Oh and great pumps in the gym. Sides were definitely bearable. My buddy got headaches from it tho. Being an endomorph and after going on Keto for 16 weeks and gradually reducing calories and still not being at 7% BF I used it. Went from 2,300 and to 1,800 cals a a day. Stopped seeing loss so I dropped to 1,600 and nothing. The clen will work dude I notices visible results in 2 days! sick Just make sure diet it set and start losing with your diet before you get help from clen. You might not need it bro.

but at your height and weight why are you trying to cut ? Beef up dude. You really should need clen you look pretty lean. A good diet should do the trick if your trying to get more chiseled for the biddies.

Yeah about to turn 18 and I read up on it and seemed not so bad, all the studies were done on rats....having a butt load more beta recepetors (therefore more potent effects via clen is a beta agonist) and given doses comparable to their weight that on human would NEVER take and they had some effects on the heart like hardening and enlargement. So I called BS and used it. I mean its a legal asthma med in some European countries.

People smoke 3 packs of cigs a day with horrible nutrition and drink lots of coffee (like my boss who is now 55) and despite the poor health are still alive. If your a HEALTHY indivudual that eats good and heart healthy things it really wont mess you up. Its two weeks of your heart resting at 80 BPM instead of 60...at least for me.

haha Thanks. I just like to put things into perspective. IMO scientists and researchers are all to quick to demonize things (especially when they are testing for negative sides already). But its always important to do your homework on anything you put into body and everyone is different. I'm outConquer

Potato brah is potato. Age doesn't matter too much of its use unless you're talking about a 13yo vs a 23yo using it.
But personally, I think clen sucks. Random sweats and trembles for absolutely no fat loss whereas ECA with 1mg nicotine gum is awesome. I recommend the cinnamon gum though; citrus something tastes like SHYYTTTTTTOfficial Supp. Misc Beer Policeman

Lol been doing this for while. Ecay + 1 mg (1/4 of a 4 mg nicotine lozenge) twice during the first half or so of my IF fast. Fat is melting off at an alarming rate. I don't take the nicotine or y with my last dose as I think they would inhibit my workouts afaik (yohimbine making mg heart beat too fast, nicotine reducing blood flow (?))
