Question exhaustion

ok, so i have a dilemma....
for the past 2 weeks or so, i have had pretty much zero energy.
I NEVER nap, and I have been taking multiple naps a day-- even after I drink coffee, i'lll feel like just passing out (And sometimes i do). For example today I slept in class for maybe a half hour or 45 min and then also later that afternoon, maybe 2 and a half hours. I had around 7ish hours of sleep last night, maybe a little less.
I feel fine, not sick or anything, just BEAT. It's frustrating, because I was JUST getting back into good workouts, getting fitter and moer motivated. I had just lost a little weight too... then this.
It's making me incredibly grumpy and i really need to do laundry and clean my room....lol.

I haven't been sleeping less than usual and my diet is the same as usual. I did recently go back on the pill, but I never ever had problems with this brand before, I had been on it multiple times in the past.
I have been trying to drink a lot of water too.

Any ideas?

God I hope not.
A co-worker of mine suggested the same thing though, along with mono (which was a no).
I seriously, seriously doubt it. Stop scaring me guys! haha.

However I took a 3.5 hour nap today and did pretty much nothing the whole day; let's see if actually giving in and laying around ALL day helped.

Maybe it's my diet? i think i may be too low in fats and too high in aspartame (bad dani!).
ugh, such a hard habit to break.

thanks for the reply.

Hi,
Have you been checked to see if you are anemic? Or possibly have a B12 deficiency?

this

if you don't know if you are pregnant find out. Possibly diet related. And finally if your body is telling you that you are tired, listen and get another 1-2 hrs sleep (ditch the caffine and aspartame

Why don'y you write down everything you eat along with supplements for a week.
