    Third day on keto, want to critique my day?

    So it's my third day on Keto, already in ketosis since yesterday. I'm 20, 205 lbs and 17% body fat.

    6am: 3 scrambled eggs
    1 serving of cheese
    (368 cals, 28f, 4c, 25p)

    9:30am salmon with mayonaise
    (350 cals, 29f, 0c, 22p)

    12h30 2 italian sausage
    22 almonds
    (620 cals, 51f, 11c, 32p)

    4pm(P/W shake) 2 serving whey in water (48p, 6c, 1f)
    20g dextrose

    6pm 10 chicken wings
    broccoli
    (570 cals, 25f, 4c, 50p)

    9pm 40 almonds
    (330cals, 30f, 9c, 12p)

    total: 2440 cals, 165f, 34c, 190p)

    well if you claim to be 10% bf as your profile states, then you did fine. Some ketoers just have more identical fat grams to protein grams due to not having as much lbm which the diet's protein requirements are set around.

    How did you get 4g carbs and that many cals out of 3 eggs and cheese (are those jumbo eggs and rucaford cheese?)

    Also don't count green veggies in you cut.
