9:30am salmon with mayonaise
(350 cals, 29f, 0c, 22p)
12h30 2 italian sausage
22 almonds
(620 cals, 51f, 11c, 32p)
4pm(P/W shake) 2 serving whey in water (48p, 6c, 1f)
20g dextrose
6pm 10 chicken wings
broccoli
(570 cals, 25f, 4c, 50p)
9pm 40 almonds
(330cals, 30f, 9c, 12p)
total: 2440 cals, 165f, 34c, 190p)
