Hey bocco....OK....you asked for it...ha.
I copied the following from another post I chimed in on some time ago.
My stash at work is cans of salmon, tuna, chicken, turkey, canned pineapple, almonds, cottage cheese, occasional tomatoes and whole grain bread, some fresh fruit, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini (all types).
I keep my sugary fruit pleasures but only up until workout time.
Here's an example of a typical eating day for me and times are approximate....give or take ? hour.
This is not the perfect BB diet but I?m not a competitor either.
Also note I do variations of these same items from day to day during the week but my consistency is good.
4:30 am - coffee/oatmeal with cranberries or blueberries/protein shake with water
OR 3-4 scrambled eggs with cheese and a banana.
7:30am ? one can tuna, cottage cheese and pineapple chunks or peaches or piece of whole wheat toast. I?m munching on just a few almonds or walnuts until my next meal.
11:00 - 1 can chicken, turkey or salman, a zucchini (green or yellow) or broccoli and 1 piece of wheat toast.
2:00 ? Prior to leaving work I munch on some walnuts or almonds, a banana and cup of coffee to start workout by 3:00pm.
I also nuke the last cup of mud from the morning pot and take that to the garage too.
4:00 - after workout - protein shake with water, 1 scoop creatine and 40grams N-Large whey protein.
6:00 - A chunk of salmon and generous portion of steamed spinach, zucchini or broccoli.
8:30 - a tablespoon or so of natural peanut butter mixed in my protein shake with 2% milk this time.
Lastly...I keep the anti-oxident foods (Concord Grape juice also for chugging) in the diet without fail and have for about 4 years.
I hope that helps and thanks for chiming in and I hope I didn't forget anything.
Bocco...the ball is in your court now.
Later....
