I didn't quite know what was it about but basically I was doing this kind of training this week:
e.g. on shoulder day I would do 3 exercises, 3 sets each and between I would do jump squats or lunges - is that good for fat loss??
I read a bit today and realise this is not exactly the lactic acid training, I just want to know if you can alternate between lower and upper half to shok the system.
