How often do you WEIGH yourself?
I don't know if any of ya'll are like me.. but when I wake up, the first thing I want to do is weigh myself! I love seeing the changes.. but of course when the numbers are up slightly I become agree and a little discouraged.
I think weekly is probably the best thing to do..
What do YOU guys do?

Whenever I feel like it. Some weeks once. Some weeks 2 times a day.
Small changes happen by the hour and as long as you don't freak out about it, it doesn't matter.

i also do it every morning but i dont care what the scale says i just do it to track my weight during my log.

i can lose anywhere from 3-8 lbs of water weight during some workouts...i've weighed before and after on several occasions when i was obsessed. Due to my weight just being able to jump so drastically due to water balance, i just go by mirror for progress, but shoot for once a week or so to just keep an eye on numbers.

I weight myself every day, mostly just for the hell of it. I think it's interesting to see how eating different things or doing various activities can affect your weight. It's important to not look too much into your weight, but watching your weight going down definitely helps motivate you to keep doing. However, to gauge success I mostly rely on progress pictures.

I rarely ever weigh myself. I prefer to go by how clothes fit.

once every whenever i feel like it lol...prolly every month or so....the scale is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooo decieveing its not even funny...go by the mirror and let the scale dictate the direction your going in....thats it..do not get caught up in those numbers.
