Well, I like your face in those last 3 pics. J/K. You look great for a 14 yo. I can't believe you're only 14, no offence. If I saw you waking down the street, I would guess your age to be more like 18-20. But , anyway, you're lukin great! What about the the legs?

What excercises are their with dumbells to increase the amount u bench, and what excercises with dumbells work tris and lats?Just answer the goddamn question! Uhm,dude..ask me this **** over msn..however;
you can just flat DB bench press,incline DB press,decline DB press
, or do the fly version of any of these.
However if u wanna increase the amount of what u bench,just keep changing ur schedula and keep kicking ass..(once every 3 weeks new schedule is good)
Max. out 1 times in 6 weeks and ull be fine.
Also,if u wanna work ur last start using a pullup bar..
i got killer lats from wide grip pullups with some weight on me(using a belt)
-You can use closegrip DB press for triceps.( as widegrip is for chest more)
-DB kickbacks(one of my favorites)
-DB Behind the Neck(just look it up,dun wanna explain)
