lean and hard
ladies,do you prefer to use heavy weights? I want to get leaner but I am afraid of getting thicker instead of leaner? Any thoughts?

Getting lean is dropping body fat which all falls back on your diet.
But yes, train heavy and intense...the best way to go!

Heavy weights = lean and hard. Women don't just, opps looked at a heavy weight and got BIG.
