ive lost almost 10lbs the last few weeks and i feel great but i still look the same, is this good/normal?

Beyond the obvious water weight and what not. You more than likely won't see a drastic change until you lose 20 - 25+ lbs. You have to also take into consideration that you see yourself EVERY day and you do change, but it's miniscule day to day. It does add up in the end though, just stick with it

if i lose 20lbs ill be back to what i was before. i was at 11% BF and 170-175 for years then i got lazy quit playing basketball, quit being active and ate nothing but junk food.
Im not fat im just a little bit outta shape and want to get back to what i was before and start working out again but thats after i get my weight down.
