Hi, im thinking i need to have a daily diet but i have no idea were to start...
if you could leave your daily diet this would be great as it would give me an idea as of what i need to eat day in day out to grow my muscles.

the most common method is to go on a bulk. where you eat more food, therefore by consuming more calories, your body has the necessary energy to build muscle.

Something like:
Meal1 - 3/5 cup raw oats, 1 cup raw milk, brown sugar, blueberries or strawberries
Meal2 (pre workout) - 1 scoop Whey, 2tbsp honey, water
Meal3 (post workout) - 1 scoop whey, 1 cup milk, 1 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter
Meal4 - 5 eggs and 2 toast
Meal5 - Peanut butter and jam sandwich and 2 cups milk
Meal6 - Rice and meat
Meal7 - Cottage cheese and fruit and 1 cup milkMISC Anti-*******ry Crew
