    3000 Calorie Bulk + Hunger?

I am currently attempting to bulk on 3000 calories a day but often times I find myself getting hungry so usually I end up eating around 3400-3600 calories throughout the day. Is this okay? Is the fact that I am hungry telling my body that 3000 calories isn't enough? Please advise. Thank you.

I have gained roughly 4lbs in the past 3-4 weeks and have also been taking 5g of creatine monohydrate daily. I did not load.

Okay, cool. I guess I am still somewhat paranoid about gaining fat. I was overweight for the last 8 years of my life. I was 180lbs and finally cut down to 145lbs this year. I was happy with my body size but my arms looked like twigs, hence the bulk...

Yes, that's fine to have that amount of calories. However, I'm not so sure how well the creatine is going to work, if you didn't do a loading phase.

I thought the loading phase was not even proven to have a positive effect on gains? I have been taking it steady for the last 3 weeks. I think I will keep it going for another 3 weeks, cycle off of it, and lose whatever water weight I may be retaining to get a better idea of how much weight I have really gained...

It's kind of funny because I have pretty nice sized biceps when I flex, but my forearms/wrists are skinny as hell. Haha.

The more you eat the bigger your appetite will get! I used to not eat so much (thus why I was 180) and after I started bulking my appetite went through the roof. Now, a 2000-2500 caloric intake would leave me hungry all day!

My bedtime snack is 1100 calories...
