She got up, I held my breath until she was out the door, then let out the biggest sigh of relief. My muscles hurt, from holding myself in the foetal position for so long.

well I've never had a set diet cause my folks never buy the right ****ing foods 100% of the time, buying my own **** will be good for the gainz at least, Im thinking something like this for my diet on weekdays (my diet is pretty similar to this as it is anyway)

5:30am- 1 cup dry oats
1 whey shake


Post WO- 1 whey shake


7:40am- 6 whole eggs
3 slices wholegrain bread


~1pm- 1 whole chicken breast
1 cup cooked brown rice


5:30pm- not sure yet...


7pm- 1 whole steak
1 cup cooked brown rice


Before Bed- 1 Casien Shake

lots of good clean foods and pretty cheap.

eh, its not that bad, I don't believe in the broscience "YOU MUST EAT EVERY 3 HOURS OR ELSE YOU WILL BE IN PROTEIN DEFICIENCY" or the "YOU CANNOT EAT MORE THAN 45G OF PROTEIN EACH SITTING"

Ive got enough complex carbs in me in the morning that I shouldn't be starved by 1pm.

sandwiches maybe, get some cheap lunch meat, or pre roast a chicken and use that meat, add some avocado, season, NOMNOMNOM.

I'm liking that idea.

I could really use some vegetables in that diet though... maybe Ill just get some V8 vegetable juice, **** eating vegetables, drinking them is way better .
