Well my objective was to have my refeed calories at maintenance this time around, because of my relatively high calories this past week...and I was doing fine, except dinner was pretty much a disaster.Originally Posted by Joel1990

the thought has crossed my mind many times, but all it takes is 1 **** up, 1 injury to ruin any hopes of competing at a top level, then I'll have missed out on my youth, and not have a future in strongman, lose lose situation, I'd hate myself for that. If I just enjoy myself for now and take it day by day for the next year or two, at least I wont regret my youth.Originally Posted by Airror
