V Shape Near Lower Abs and Groin Area?

Are there any specific exercises that can help get that or does it just come the same way you get a six pack by lowering your body fat percentage and doing all that stuff?

It is called the adonis belt. It is a ligamental feature. So primarily it is genetic how well it shows.

Lower your body fat, and work your obliques and lower ab area, to get it to show a bit more.

Yeah, definitely going to depend largely on genetics and body fat. I'd recommend reverse crunches/leg raises for hitting that area.

the one thing that really brought that out for me was when i started using weight for my ab exercises, specifically reverse crunches. throw a 10lb DB in between your feet and do some reverse crunches.

I'm also a fan of reverse crunches. They work the lower abs well.

Take a read of this bruv.

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=118325021

My adonis belt is now stronger than ever and from personal experience i have found that.

    - Hanging leg raises
    - Reverse crunches
    - Roman chair crunches (Deep ROM)
    - Oblique training

Its a hard muscle to build, but i have deffently noticed hypertrophy in this area from the following exercises.
