starting a bulk next week
im starting a bulk next week and i want to add a lot of muscle
im going be eating as much as i can and working as hard as i cn in the gym ill be doing lots of bench pressing,barbell curls,barbell rows,squats ,deadlifts etc etc but and i ws wondering how my diet sounded ?
breakfast
4 egg whites
2 whole eggs or two bowls of weetabix
2 slices of brown bread
1pint of skimmed milk
banana
snack
peanut butter sandwitch
nuts
lunch
2 tuna sandwitches
nuts
apple
snack
pieces of chicken
protein shake
banana
dinner
meat or fish with veg
low fat yoghurt
befored bed snack
milk and low fat cottage cheese or fruit
