had heart surgery 6 weeks ago, any ideas for a startup plan?
i've lifted quite a bit in the past, but see this as a new start, to start out fresh, (better habits, and technique), any ideas on reps, volume, anything for just starting out is greatly apprecciated. i dont want to start out very intense, i had heart surgery, so they cut through my sternum and i am focusing the first few weeks- first month on strengthening around that before i start lifting heavy again. anything is apprecciated as long as it is serious.
