Hey so Im creating a group ex. class just for women. Mainly lower body (hips, thighs, butt) and some core and maybe arms. I believe a lot of new people who come to your class is all in the name. I see women look at our group ex. schedule and base what they will take soley on the name and not even read the description.
my Idea: "Booty Camp" -- my boss is a women, thinks its a stripper class. My theory behind it is it's less intimidating then "boot camp" where we only have 3 women. ALso my boss say 40 - 50 somthings moms wont like it. But I say most 40-50 moms wish they were 20 anyways so I thought it was a good way to attract a bigger crowd.
Any Ideas?????

Wait, do you already have the class/camp filled? Or do you need to recruit all new people?
If you currently have a lot of members I would think of an acronym... it would be kind of mysterious to people not in it, and they would be instantly interested to see what it is... Kind of like if you say SWAT team, it sounds cool but Special Weapons and Tactics sounds boring...
S.A.T.H.A.T. Camp
See, it looks intriguing even it only means Sculpt And Tone Hips And Thighs Camp

As far as music anything that gets people moving, so anything hip hop reggaeton 80s,90s,etc...I dont naming it off music alone will work. but what were you thinking?

No I don't have the class or camp yet. Our fall Schedule is already been made and Ive got mostly afternoon classes. Since Im a trainer I want to also tap into the After work crowd to potentially get more clients. And with a class is the best way I think to meet a lot of people and have them see the way I train. I like the acronym idea. I might try and think of somthing with that. But in the mean time I just wanted a name of a class that will jump off the page...and for those lazy people that won't take the 20 secs to read the description on the back.

I don't know why...But clients don't like the word muscle gain...they love tone (esp. women)
So It would be more of a Muscle gain class (shhh don't tell my clients that) but I mean less cardio stations and more strength and conditioning.
Our gym already has a bunch of like cardio classes...so i want this one to focus more on the muscle..so like more squats, lunges, etc...
