    I have "arms" because every woman client I trained and or have talked to want to lose their underarm fat. And I will do compound movements in the class, but if I say in the description We are doing squats,compound presses they will run far far away...

    Im just trying to get them in the door, thats half the battle. My next thread will be "how to keep women in "booty camp" haha

    If they want to lose their underarm fat, working the muscles that lay below that fat isn't going to help them. But I understand your plight. I teach a boot camp class as well and at first, many of them were saying, "Where's the ab stuff? All the other classes have ab stuff."

    So I took 5 minutes out of the first few classes to explain the fallacy of spot reduction. So I guess once you hook them in, you should definitely try to educate them.

    booty camp is a local one here. It's a friends business but I doubt she'd have any trouble with someone not in this town. That's more geared towards boot camp style workouts but think butt, thighs and abs. That's what woman care about.

    hilarious - loving this post.... I have just started a bootcamp and it is called Pink Bootcamp.. for ladies....

    I think you have to be careful - bikini butt camp would attract a younger group - if you are wanting a mixed aged group you might have to go for a generic name...

    I have 24 girls and the ages range from 18 - 34... pink bootcamp dosen't have any "image" linked to it....

    It is also how you market your services....

    I think S.W.A.T. would be an AWESOME name for your class. It stands for.... Strength, Weightloss, Agility & Toning!!! It's a bootcamp but can be more targeted towards women ;0)

    Target women getting married, find a local wedding photographer or wedding planner and work out a referral system even. Call it bridal bootcamp. Hopefully this was helpful

    Because: Whether a woman is 20, 30, or 40-50 Every woman wants to look great in her clothes, and the bodyparts you are targeting are the parts a woman needs to look hot in blue jeans or a little black dress.

    These are very basic everyday items in a woman's wardrobe, but when a woman is fit, she looks amazing in them!

    Plus, the women's fitness goal is built right into the title. Easy.
