For anyone interested I make my own olive oil, from 50 year old trees, no fertilizers used 0,1 acidity.

So coconut oil has a stonger Test boosting effect but olive oil is better at increasing testicular weight? Is that what can be derived from the linked study?
What does ball weight mean, anyway? Especially if the coconut oil is causing larger increases in test. I too dont understand why this topic is lauding olives when the coconut seems to be cast in a more favorable light.
I suppose the best option would be to make use of both oils, liberally, in ones daily diet? If nothing else, a dense source of extra calories I suppose

I don't get it either, I assume people may see olive oil as the better fat in general. That would probably atleast be the case over here in Europe. Personally I would rather like to know if it's fat acid specific or because of some other bioactive compound in the oils. I assume the former.
In any case I prefer nuts and seeds well over oils. Can't understand people drinking tablespoons or deciliters of oils just to get extra energy. Why not consume some almonds, cashews, pecans or pumpkin seeds instead? Tahini? Taste so much better, is more nutritious and everything. Oil is still kinda crap, even if some fats are essential.
I should eat more hummus instead of peanutbutter. Chick peas + tahini + garlic + lemon juice + spices. Tastes really good, decent fats, some protein, a nice way to get some garlic and antioxidant rich spices and so on.

Imho it's ****ing stupid to just drink oil.
Dripple it on some bread instead of butter?
Use it in kale sallads or when you cook your carrots and such to increase vitamine uptake.
Or eat whole olives with cottage cheese or in sallads or with some meat or something.
Or if it's just some fat acids which are interesting find a whole food which is rich in it and eat that instead. Like maybe brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds work to? The later ones have lots of zinc and vitamin e I think, among other things.

Sorry, couldn't resist using that gif.
All I know is, since I started eating a lot of fat all around, I've experienced increases in aggression, strength, leanness, muscularity, sex drive.... I won't claim to have been measuring the boys though. But If i had to guess, I'd say they were a might bigger than before.
Swollen with pride, you might say. It's time for a Breakthrough.
