Hey guys, here's a video made by Leighton Best (aka alvingilders on BB.com) with a few tips on how to use single ply shirts. Leighton is a 440 bencher in the 181's.

Leighton benched 215kg/474lbs still at 181. Bench nationals next month I think we may see an Oceania record (currently 220kgs). Truly a master of the shirt, can't wait to see what he benches in the 198s.

Probably 530 - 550, bring it on, I am to hungry in the 181's, I am putting on weight just watching Mike train.
