on women especially, tattoos are visually distracting and downgrades a womans beauty rather than enhance it.

I feel the same way about tats on anyone, but I dont care on men even though it ruins their aesthetics, i dont want to phuck them so its no nevermind to me. Plus tattoos are warriors marks, so some men carry that tradition. on women its purely trendy and theres no reason whatsoever to encourage it. It is basically a product of all the feminist agenda the misc claims to hate so much- women marking their bodies to make themselves less attractive to break traditional values. im not in favor.
