    the more and more chest = flatter chest?

    i've been lifting for about 4 months now, and yes i've made gains. but i feel like my chest is becoming flatter...not the muscle, but my sternum. is it just me and my mind???

    i do flat bench, incline bench, flys (flat and incline), and pushups. i switch up between dbs and barbell. what should i add? when i'm sore i mainly feel it in my outer pec area

    be glad its fat i got titty fat a bit and it never goes away after a year and a half of benching btw i incline 90lb dumbell bench for reps soo im pretty strong in it
