First Cycle Advice (Anyone-Any imput please)
Alright to start it off im looking to take bodybuilding to the next level for me.
I have been training for six years, I started in freshman year in highschool as a basketball player, so needless to say I was the lanky kid, but then in my freshman year in college I started lifting and eating like a bodybuilder, and fortunatley I put on 50lbs my first year(noob gains lol).
My bodyfat went up a little bit but not alot, (side note) last year I did run a short cycle of an iForce product, but I was not happy with it.
As for now i currently work at a gym and dedicate all my time to lifting and the journey of getting bigger and hope to do a show in the next 2yrs
As for my lifestyle I do not go out and drink, party, and im usually in bed getting at least 8hrs of sleep a night lol, and food is my greatest friend of all, normal day I eat 6 to 9 meals, I try to stay away from shakes I feel whole is better for myself, my daily caloric intake can be low end 3000 to high end 4000, I like to cycle it keeping my body guessing.
I have been lerking in this section for about 8 months now and have been waiting till i was 21 to post in this section I wanted to respect the rules. I have read a great deal of the stickies and what alot of the vets around here have said, and i do thank you all for what advice I have read, also I did pick up a copy of Anabolics 2009 and that was really helpfull. I also do have some friends that are on AAS but none of them really even know what a PCT is most of them take 6-OXO and have gyno, so im looking to do this the smart way, even if i have to wait awhile so that I have all my ducks in a row.
As for my health I did just go to the doctor last month and got all my levels checked and everything is in good standing, all my levels are normal.
Cycle:
1-10 test E or C 250mg a week (want to start out low end)
1-4 Dbol 30mg ed
11-13 nolva 60-40
13-15 nolva 20-20
My concerns are Gyno I have read and met people who have had problems with it by running Dbol, as for aggression I am pretty chilled out, and acne is really not a major concern of mine.
So please anyone with advice or any imput please post, and if I sound like a nuckelhead I appoligize for that or if I have forgotten any information about anything please ask?

I did 400 ew my first cyle, and grew reasonably. You might want to go a bit higher if you are already trained as well as you say. I think you already know that the PCT starts 2 weeks after the last pin, right? And If it were me I'd do the Nolva 5 weeks 40/40/20/20/20.

Sounds like you heading in the right direction bro,, your not to far off the mark! lol
250mg of test a week isint really enough. 500mg is what you'd be wanting, 2 shots a week. Maybe a Monday and a Thursday.
Most people on here will recomend a test only first cycle, dbol isin't really nesscessary but if you understand the posotive and the negative effects of it, 25-30mg for weeks 1-4 would be a nice boost to the start of your cycle.
As for PCT you should be fine with Nolva 40/40/20/20 starting 2 weeks after your last test shot.
And if your eating the way you say you are and training properly you will grow BIG TIME!

for discussion sake, what are the negs of dbol other than taxing on the liver?, id assume you should drop it 3 hours after a scoop of cycle support like a ph?

I'm no expert but like you said its highly toxic to the liver and at the end of the the day its not real gains, your gonna lose most of the size and weight you gained if not all in some cases after you stop taking it!
I think esentially its for impaitent people! LoL!
I'm hoping someone that knows more on the subject will chime in to.

dbol taxing the liver? what world do you live in... @what dosages? 30mg a day? gimmie a break
to the op run test @400, i personally think running it at 250 weekly was a waste of gear for me. and i waighted about 190lbs at that time. at 400 you will feel the power of testosterone.
eat yer dbols and dont worry about the old liver. make sure you do not drink alcohol, and drink plenty of water and 3g vit.c a day.

I agree with your post but why 3g vit C ? Don't you get the runs at that dosage?

soooooooooooooo, is test e with dbol in the beg better or worse than just test e?
i guess what im asking seeing the negs, is it worth it to add to a test e cycle for kick?

Lot of good advice so far that is what I was thinking about doing running test @400 or @500, but one of my friends was sayin that running at 250 is a good way to start off and I have seen some older post on here talking about 250mg.
So what im looking at right now is
Test@500mg weeks 1-10
Dbol@30mg ed weeks 1-4
nolvadex 40/40/20/20 weeks 12 through 15
through out this im gunna be running some Liv52 and some form of cholesterol support.
Iv had several friends run Dbol only cycles and pretty much 100% lost all there gains, then on the other hand a couple were smart and ran test along dbol and kept about half of what they gained.

anyone else want to imput more advice, im kind of curious as to high of a chance I am looking at gyno, im thinking about droping the dbol and just seein how I react on test only, but then on the other hand i have dabbled with Ph but im told those aren't even close to the real thing.

Gyno depends on the person, everyone is different. But I'm sure you wouldnt be silly enough to start a cycle with out nolva on hand! Any signs on gyno an jus pop 20-40mg of nolva a day till the symptoms subside! It's not a big deal! Its what we have anti-estrogens for!

If you are concerned with gyno, why not drop the dbol all together? What makes you want to run dbol?

Deff will have everything I need to run a smart cycle, and I want to run the Dbol to get the strength gains, but im still thinking about dropping the dbol, right now im just weighing my options.
