    Drinking half gallon of milk/day

    I am going to be starting a bulk, not too concerned with it being clean, I am going to eat clean when possible but biggest concern is getting calories up there with protein at a 200-300G level per day level ( I weigh about 165), I have read that milk is a good way to assist with this, so I am wondering, is drinking a half gallon of 1-2% milk per day ok for your body, cus that would be an 800-900 calorie and about 60-70 gram protein increase right there.

    I do it, and I don't have any problems. Only problem with it would be if you were lactose intolerant. Just make sure you get protein from other sources as well.
