I'm impressed. You're truly well informed and very intelligent. You wrote something that people could understand and made the subject intriguing for everyone. I'm saving this for future use.

Hi
A quick query, are these workouts that my gf can do to lose weight? The big compound moves done as a circuit? She's new to weights as well.
Thanks

Can't help but ask. You're videos are a big help, VoxEx. Why was the bent-over barbell row video removed? Thanks for sharing all this info and threads.

Sometimes, YouTube users remove their videos. Since I can no longer edit the first post, I cannot link to a different video instead.
Once in awhile I'll ask a Moderator to change the original post. However, it's not really a big deal since it's easy enough for anyone to search for a proper video, or go to EXRX.net.☠ By reading this post, you have agreed to my negative reputation terms of service.

Nice info share. I really appreciate the links given.
I just want to share, that I noticed that proper execution and posture is really a key factor in doing these exercises.
once again, thank you again for the thread.

All of those exercises you listed are great. They worked for me!
They're effective for men and women. My gf's physique also changed when she started strength training and doing those exercises.

Not a fan of over/under grips when it comes to deadlifts. Too much strain on the bicep tendons. Then again im biased since I tore my bicep deadlifting this way.

For squats, I understand that the knees and toes should be facing the same direction; however, my knees are angled a bit inward. That is to say that my knees are facing straight forward when my feet are pointed about 30 degrees outward. Any suggestions?
