Love all these compounds except the deadlift, i used to love deadlifts when i just started out but now they hurt my back instead of growing it. I'll get back to doing them someday tho!

Ill give yous my regime how i got bufff guys, all you gotta do is like curls over and over but make sure you are standing up cuz then when you are curlin your legs are gonna be gettin their swole on too cuz they are supportin all that weight. Plus legs are less important to the ladies know what im sayin, gotta do curls for the girls. once you have some good bicep game just start runnin through broads and you will lose tons of weight if ur in the sack with them every night ayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy also those thrusts will help you build some nice abs my man!
Nonna lifts more then u!

Question: I work full body 3x per week via 3x5 (changed up my training style again). I focus on 4 of the main lifts: bench press, overhead press, squat and deadlift, along with doing some accessory work at the end of my main lift training. This includes pull ups, dips, push ups, lateral raises, curls, seated cable rows, and rotator cuff exercises, depending on the training day. Do you think rows are a necessity for strength building at an earlier stage, or are deadlifts and pull ups a strong combination to start out with?

I would recommend using a double overhand grip until it's your grip strength that is your limiting factor, then implement straps. The pronated over/under grip puts your scapula in a very vulnerable position for injury as one shoulder is pronated and one shoulder is retracted.
