    Police Fitness tests.

    Hello.

    I have a fitness test to do in 1 weeks time which consists of completing a course within 3:45 seconds and was wondering what would be the best way of training for it. Im running every night as fast as i can to see how long i can last but my longest time is 2:00 :-(

    On a treadmill i can last for about 5 minutes at 13kpm but not as long on the road. How can i quickly increase my stamina or is it worth rescheduling my test?

    The best way to train for a physical agility test is to try to simulate the test best you can.

    Running will make you a faster runner... yada yada.

    What jurisdiction, can't be in the US since you mentioned km instead of miles.
