Hello.
I have a fitness test to do in 1 weeks time which consists of completing a course within 3:45 seconds and was wondering what would be the best way of training for it. Im running every night as fast as i can to see how long i can last but my longest time is 2:00 :-(
On a treadmill i can last for about 5 minutes at 13kpm but not as long on the road. How can i quickly increase my stamina or is it worth rescheduling my test?
