    Just for the record, how do you define beginner? Is there a certain goal to reach with this program before moving on to something else? like when you hit a certain amount of weight on the exercises? Sorry if you've already answered this question before.

    i know this thread is old but i just saw it and it caught my attetion. One question though what would be a good reason to run this routine over SS? SS has you squatting more at the expense of less arm work.. as far as i can tell thats the only difference.

    I have a few questions about this. First of all, for the dips and chin-ups do you mean just regular chin ups on a bar and dips with just your body weight? Then how should I warm up before actually starting to lift? Thanks
