    Good HIIT program?

    Hey.
    I'm trying to drop some fat and I set up my own HIIT program.
    I warm-up by doing some stretching and a brisk walk (2 minute), then I'll jog at a moderate pace for a distance, stop and jump rope (30-60) times, then jog again. I'll do this for 10 minutes then I'll jump rope briskly for 5 minutes, then finish it up with two all-out sprints. I cool down by walking briskly again. I'll do this 3-5 times a week. Any good? I'm 5'10 and 185 lbs., 20 % BF.

    if u can jump rope 30-60 times thats not an all out sprint, the point of hiit is to really go ALL OUT on the high intensity part, ,hence sprinting, go to the nutrition section and read the sticky morning cardio
