There Was a drastic change at work again, been working full time so I haven't been able to go the gym. Will update when I get a schedule again.
Probably in february. Or mid January maybe.I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

Thanks guys, so I haven't been to the gym In 2 weeks, and prior to that I only went a couple of times.
But I got a car and starting on the next next Monday of January I should be able to start madcows.
Gonna work out this week straight after 8hours of general labor work, but I wont log Because I'm just gonna do random stuff to see where I'm at.
Today was good though

5plates felt really good but I backed out on during my attempt at 545.
Then did some squats DB rows and went home. Had some painful hamstring cramps never gotten before.

Ok I finally got my schedule. I tried to maax on conventionals again last friday but failed lol.

So instead of pulling conventional or sumo, I decided to do rack pulls.
Its about the same weight for me , but easier on my back.
