Costco chicken
Costco sells these chicken breast packages that come individually wrapped with 2 breasts per package. Combined there are 8-10 packages.
I need to know the nutrition facts on the breast. Anybody know how many calories and grams of protein there are per breast?
The nutrition facts just say 4oz. and servings per package it says varied.

Typically 4 oz of chicken (or most lean meats, usually) is anywhere from 100 - 120/50 calories depending on the fat content (and type of cut/meat). I'd say more towards 120ish.
www.fitday.com

Two good sites to use if you need to look up something, also google is useful.

You have to look at the total package weight and make an estimate by dividing the amount of packages, unless you have a food scale at home.
Btw, the ones sliced into 4 pieces instead of 2 are much better.

Weigh 4 oz of it and cook it, I'm not understanding the problem lol
It's handy to (not sure if everyone else uses these) have a little scale, does wonders, I weigh all my meat on it, if anything you can eyeball it - I think 3 oz is about the size of a deck of cards? Unless the piece looks massive, chances are it's between 4 - 6 oz already.

Thats what they say, but it varies. I picked up a food scale for less than $5 and it made life a whole lot easier.

I've bought those before. They are 96% fat free, so there is like 3-4 grams of fat per 4 oz breast.

These packages don't indicate how much they weigh.
I also don't have a scale.

Divide the total weight by # of packages. That should give you a rough estimate on weight.
