Hey Guys - Ive Been Strength Training For A Couple Months , But Just Recently Started To Get Into It And Want To Maybe Even Do A Fitness Show. Also Just Started Drinking A Protein Shake About An Hr Before Workout And Also Glutamine In A Drink About 1 1/2 Before Workout.
