Hi everyone, i'm new to the site and also to training. I mean i've been training last year but not serious as I train right now. I simply just want to know if I go to gym 6 days in a week for about an hour each day, is this overtraining?
My first day: Pecs, Triceps, Shoulders, Abs (4 exercices Pecs, 4-5 Tri, 3 Shoulders, 1-2 Abs)
Second day: Biceps, Back, Traps, Abs (5 Biceps, 3 Back, 1 Trap, 1-2 Abs)
And than repeat the first day and second all week long. (I never do the same muscles 2 days in a row)
I train my legs 2 days in a week. I prefer focus on upper muscles at the beginning because my legs are already kind of strong. I will do it later
So just tell me what you think, Thanks

This is easier to follow -
Monday - Chest & Triceps
Tuesday - Legs + Abs
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Back & Biceps
Friday - Shoulders + Abs.
Sat + Sun - Rest.
If you wanna hit legs twice then do them on Saturday or Sunday. There's no need to hit 4 muscles in one workout unless you are doing a full body workout.
I personally workout 6 times a week at the gym, my routine is;
Monday - Chest & Triceps
Tuesday - Legs + Abs
Wednesday - Back & Biceps
Thursday - Shoulders + Abs
Friday - Cardio + Circuit training.
Saturday - Full Body Workout
Sunday - Rest.
Hope this helps.☆☆☆υк ¢яєω☆☆☆
