I am 48 years old and I am trying to put on some size. Can you critique and tell me if I am on the right track?

Yep. Keep going. Train strict (cos at our age you'll get injuries if you don't), train heavy with compound lifts and eat as clean as possible (not easy with families and commitments) and you'll look great. Give it 3 months. We can still add and maintain mass at 48, it's just that we don't recover as quickly and our joints are a bit worn already. Good work so far!

Thanks to both of you for your comments and help. Wow, you look awesome and we are the same age so it gives me both hope to get better and inspiration. I will definitely take your advice. I know at our age we have to train differently from the young kids and adults with healthy young joints, haha
