It depends upon your requirement and the time you can give yourself to burn fat. If you can do regular and intense workout then no need to take any supplement but if you want to reduce fat fast then there are many supplements available in the market. If you want something natural then try green coffee beans. It is one of the best natural weight loss supplements available in the market and you can also stack it with other supplement to get the benefits fast.

I think your going to get a lot of people saying make sure your diet is in check first. There is no miracle pill or product. Just my opinion. Once I got my diet in check things fell into place

Lol at 11 year update.
I'm running E/C stack plus EvoMuse Alphaburn. Personally I think that's about as good as it gets. Hopefully by now though you're not still waiting on this thread to deliver an answer

so im new here but i read a lot of the post and really respect everyone's advice. so hoping to get some helpful advice myself i am 5'6" 180 lbs and trying to loose weight and look good. sense January 2012 i decided to get into better shape and have lost around 50 lbs. i work out 5-6 days a week depending on how much i work. i topically do p90x routine everyday and i play basketball for 1 -1.5 hours on Wednesday. now for what i eat.
a banana 1/2 cup oat meal and orange juice @ 10.
a yogurt @ 12
2 slices 100 percent whole wheat bread 4 ozs chicken and a apple. @ 2
yogurt for a snack,30 g protein bar about 405 cal i think @ 4
4 oz chicken, 10 baby carrots, fresh spinach raw, sometimes 1/2 cup rice or potatoes @ 6
4-5 litters odf water a day
my work out
push ups and pull ups when i first wake up and randomly threw out the day when i feel like it
p90x and 30 min walk or cycle some times more @11:30-2
then normally relax and do stuff around the house or go to work.
like i said Wednesday 1-1.5 hrs of basketball
stuff i take.
recruiter suggested lipo 6 black
muti vitamin
zinc 50mg
fish oil 1000mg- 300mg of omega 3
im not on it but im going to start a month of DAA and triazole
waiting for whey powder to come in but don't know how much to take
i also have creatine but dont take it.

I think the older posts are getting bumped recently because the search feature is still broken/flawed. Why wouldn't a standard search yield the most recent threads? Never made any sense to me ...

you can change time frame in advanced search..I saved it to search in past month, and then I'll go from there if I can't find what I'm looking for.
