i work 10 hours a day and after work i hit the casino for 2 hours, i made alot of money but time was running out, i knew its almost 12am and the gym will close, i carb up for 2 weeks and slept good for 2 weeks to prepare for this, this is just a try out, and 15 minuts to warm up back before i try my max out before 12am.
warm up with 225lbs 15 reps
315lbs 7 reps
405 1 rep
455 1 rep
then 495lbs right before the gym close down, i got the front desk guy to spot me, he was scared as **** bc he can only bench 315lbs and fear if i went down, he would go down also. Told him not to pull , just keeps his hands down there incase i locked out, obviosly he doesnt know how to spot well, but i know he didnt pull up hard or anything, maybe 2 inches where my chest is and once i got a good arch, i know i can power it up.
i know theres gonna be alot of bodybuilding misc nazis and power lifter nazis about forms and so on and blah blah, i dont care, i did it for the lol bc i promoised id try to make a 495lbs bench and show effort.
i got all the way till x mas to bench past 500lbs
i weigh in at 210lbs, no juice and work all day, didnt eat meat (steaks)for a few days, big regret

i had him touch the bar bc i havent bench my personal best of 475lbs in almost 2 years, last time i did, i thought i was superman and half way up my left elbow tendon gave out, took me till this day and still havent healed up. i put up 455lbs easy and i said fugg it, ill give it a try.
yes the front counter guy is cool as hell but he doesnt workout, he is huge but cant rep out 315lbs easy liek i do, i can do 16 reps like no tomorrow.
been off the sauce since july 4th, drama and buncked gears got me nowhere so i gave it up. i hate deca incase u guys wondering.
i wear paper towels ,. bc the chrome bar olympic bar are slippery when u get sweaty hands and i dont want to lose grip with that much weight. Icaught warts on my hands before twice at the gym.Fictional character
