It seems no mater what I do, how ever many books i read, how ever many different training styles and techniques i use, and no matter what trainers i see or get help from, or whoever I train with, or however much food i eat, or different nutritional methods i use, my body does not change. It is now 3 years since I began weight training seriosuly, and not one change has happened. not one tiny little change. nothing noticable or even worht a mention. am i the only one experincing this? please some one if you are going through the same thing please just let me know, at the moment i feel down and really angry about it, i want so so badly to body build but i cannot seem to do it. what do i do?? i do not want people making fun of me on here for it, tho i do not want sympathy either, i just wish i knew what was going on.

man my body does the exact same thing, im pretty pissed off about it too. its hard to continue lifting when you see no results at all. then i see threads of people gaining weight or losing BF in like 6 weeks and it just pisses me off. i made some good changes right when i started lifting then after that my body hasn't changed at all

I don't know if I have been stuck as badly as you, but I think we all know what it is like to not have the body we want.
If you are really this frustrated, have you thought about thinking outside of the box?

same for me except all my lifts keep on increasing my bench my squat everything ..i keep getting stronger at a rapid pace yet my body is still the same ..my arms didnt get bigger nothing did, not even my chest after a 70 lbs bench press increase in 6 months ....no weight gain either it kinda sucks and although getting stronger is good and keeps me motivated ..i would really like it if i also gained size along with the strength

If you're not making any progress, then I'm guessing your diet is the problem. Eating clean is good, but how many calories are you eating every day? What's your maintenance calorie level? If you don't know the answer to these questions, then that's your problem. It's a pain in the butt, but if you take the time to count calories and get your diet in order it will definitely be worth it.

Haven't been eating enough.
On the individual:
His responses grow intelligent, or gain meaning, simply because he lives and acts in a medium of accepted meanings and values. Through social intercourse, through sharing in the activities embodying beliefs, he gradually acquires a mind of his own. The conception of mind as a purely isolated possession of the self is at the very antipodes of the truth.
- John Dewey
All are lunatics, but he who can analyze his delusion is called a philosopher.

i just checked out your pics and ya, you arn't doing something right.
long before i touched steroids i had a much nicer body then that.
i suggest you start taking green magnitude, purple wraath and taking in a ****load of protien powder and clean calories to start with. also, buy arnold's encyclopia and read it cover to cover.
most importantly, start lifting as hard as you can. if you are lazy or lethargic you will fail. after every set you should be in agony.
some people are gifted but for the rest of us, you get out what you put in.

if youre lifting properly, changing up your routine frequently enough, and eating enough food your body will grow. Its not your genetics. Either you arent lifting heavy enough weights, arent lifting in the right rep range (try low reps and in the 8-12 range), arent changing up youre lifting style, or you arent eating enough.
edit - assuming you arent severely overtrained

You have been eating this ^^ every single day.
You have worked out consistently week in and week out for 156 weeks straight? With the possible planned week off occasionally every few months?
^^ Both of those things for 3 straight, consistent years, and have not changed one bit?
You're not telling the entire truth here. You are healthy? Medications? Sleeping disorders? Drug addict? Barring some type of big issue like those, I'm sorry I do not believe you.

Dude I don't mean to call you a liar, but you're definitely leaving something out, or exaggerating a tad. Unless you have some strange genetic disorder, you can't work out and eat as well as you claim and not get any results. Speaking of your diet... what exactly DO you eat? You mentioned your caloric intakes, but what are you eating to get these nutrients?
Again, I'm sure you do work hard, but I just find it hard to believe you "haven't seen any results" after three years of "solid training."
It definitely doesn't come easy, but I've been working out "solidly" for about 2.5 years now, and when I started I was a 6'3" 140lb toothpick.
