What weight do you think? I'm around 155 now but still small ftl. Also how long should it take to bulk from 155 to 190 lbs if I am doing a relatively clean bulk but still trying to maximize muscle gain, and minimize fat gain? Then I'd know if I hit 190 lbs in like 1.5 years that it is all fat and I didn't gain much muscle yet. I don't want to bulk up to 190 and then cut and wind up at like 155 cut (happened last time I tried bulking)

Depends on bone density, muscular proportions, etc. I'd say 180 lean.

yea not hating at all, but I think I need to be your weight but w/ like 10% bodyfat to look decent at our height. Even when you cut you are gonna weigh like 160 something cut, and that doesn't really seem that big at all. Why don't you just keep bulking to a little over 200 and just suck up the fat gain for a little longer?

well I only weigh 155 ish now. A little while ago I had a major epiphany and decided that I have no reason not to be somewhat cut all year round (never been "cut" in my life other than starting a year ago", and now my main goal is just keeping fat off in the long run, but I need to get bigger before I can cut again so I don't look scrawny. It's tough for me because I'm trying to monitor my fat gain and make sure I'm not gaining too much. It's probably going to take extremely long for me to get to 175 lean because I'm clean bulking.
The other train of thought is just screw clean bulking, and figure out how much I have to eat to gain the most muscle possible w/o regard to fat gain, as long as it's over 50% muscle around. I would balloon up really fast but probably put on more muscle, then I could cut sooner, or still do it for the same amount of time except be 200+ when I am done bulking. But it would suck if I was 200 and had to get down to like 160 before I got cut if I put on mostly fat.
