How long does a shake stay good for?
I was just wondering, would a workout shake (with ingredients like milk, egg, cottage cheese, yogurt and other foods, no protein powders) made the night before a morning workout still be good in the morning if kept in the fridge? When school starts I am going to try and workout before school instead of after so if I could make my shakes the night before it would be a lot easier.
