How long does a shake stay good for?

I was just wondering, would a workout shake (with ingredients like milk, egg, cottage cheese, yogurt and other foods, no protein powders) made the night before a morning workout still be good in the morning if kept in the fridge? When school starts I am going to try and workout before school instead of after so if I could make my shakes the night before it would be a lot easier.

ehh raw eggs open for 8 hours over night....risky but idk should be OK.

but only for that long if its sittin their and you take it out and let it sit outside until your done with ur workout or leave it out for any reason longer then half hour i wouldnt drink it.

personally if rather just throw some protein powder in a shaker add some water and good to go.
