AX Rep please help with dosing sched for mass fx
ok, so I finally got my 8 week supply of mass fx. I'm gonna be bulking up, and wanna know how I should be dosing this. gonna be eating 3300cals to 4000cals a day. only taking adam multi, vit c, vit e, fishoil, creatine, protein, universal eaa stack, jack3d. I think thats everything. Thanks!

Generally you should dose upon waking and then 6-8 hours later, hopefully with your second or first dose 30 minutes pre workout. if you give us the times we can set up the dosing based on your schedule.

lol - thanks, man! We cover our backs sometimes.  But what the heck is Aaron doing awake already??!? Go back to bed, Cali boy!!
His suggestions were right. Essentially, 4/day with 2 pre-w/o on w/o days. On off days, split 1-1-1-1 or 2-2. But if you give us that schedule, we'll happily tell you exactly when to dose.

Yea shouldnt matter too much, i usually go to bed around 11pm and wake up at 7am, good to go.

ok guys, i'm back and am hopefully going to begin my bulk tomorrow.
so here's what I'm thinking...I'm probably going to wake up around 9am...I'm going to be eating 8 times a day, that's including, pre-workout snack and post-workout shake.
usually my day will be either of the two choices. I have breakfast, then two hours later i'll have a fruit of applesauce then head to the gym. If I go this route i'll be in the gym around 1130am.
Or i'll have breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, then fruit or applesauce before going to the gym. If I go this route, i'll be in the gym around 230 - 300pm.
as for my sleep, i'll sleep whatever time usually as long as I get at least 8hrs a night.
one last question, its my bday on the 24th and was wondering if I can drink while taking mass fx? Also, during workout I have eaa stack, on days I don't workout should I still take it, and when?

nothing yet? well anyway, here's what I've been doing. When I wake up I have breakfast, 2 cups oats mixed with 1 cup skim milk and 1 scoop whey. 4 whole eggs, 1 banana. Then about two hours later I take 2pills of mass fx. 30mins. later I have applesauce, 3/4 cup grape nuts cereal and 1 cup skim milk. Then I head to the gym...

Given your latest shcedule here's a proposal for you:
9:00 am: Wake
9:30 am: Breakfast
11:30 am: 2 caps MFX
Noon: Pre w/o meal
1:30 pm: Post w/o meal
2:30 pm: Lunch
4:00 pm: 1 cap MFX
4:30 pm: snack
6:30 pm: Dinner
8:30 pm: snack
10:30 pm: 1 cap MFX
11:00 pm: pre bed snack
11:30pm: Sleep
On days off, you still take (4) caps of MFX. You can make it easier for your schedule if you like by splitting it how you want. Some do 2/2. I still prefer to spread them out 1-2-1.
We don't suggest drinking alcohol while using any supplementation. Give that MFX is a natural test booster and not a methylated PH it would be less destructive, but still unadvised.

If I took the stack I would do 1 mass fx / 1 hyperdrol when i wakeup with breakfast.
then 2 mass fx/1 hyperdrol 1 hr before workout and 2 hyperdrol before bed

thanks for the reply...i'll dose it they way you have it written out. OK, when you say "less destructive" does that mean that there is damage being done to my body? Because you also say "we don't suggest....any supplementation." So I guess what i'm asking is this; would the damage be the same as me drinking alcohol while on creatine? Or is drinking alcohol while on mass fx worse? I mean i'm only going to drink once during this cycle, and its my bday...its gonna be kinda hard to avoid the shots and beers being handed to me...

I was talking about comparing MassFX with a methylated PH. MassFX is a natural test booster, no adverse effect on organs, whereas a methylated PH does have that potential. And as you probably already know, alcohol is destructive to your liver. Yes, the liver is remarkable in how it regenerates itself and recovers, but none the less alcohol will create damage. I can't tell you that is is fine to drink alcohol while on MassFX or again any other supplement, in good conscience. Will it do damage on a one time basis? Most likely not. Can you wait to start the MassFX until after your birthday? That's another option.

How about this, you are trying to boost your test levels with MFX which is working by putting a strangle hold on SHBG in your system. You will intake alcohol which increases estrogen, counteracting what MassFX is trying to do. Will the hampered effects last longer than the day? Most likely not.

ok thanks bro!
i wanted to update you, its been two days and I'm noticing the effects already. I was expecting to notice a little bit by probably next week or so cause of all the reviews I've read, but yesterday was my shoulder day and my shoulder press went up 10kilos on each arm bringing me to 40kilos at 4sets 12 reps. Last week I was fatiguing on my 4th set at 30kilos each arm. I'm really excited to see how i'll be doing in about 4 weeks...right now my diet is at 3100 cals, at my weight I should be eating at least 3600cals a day...i'll be upping it little by little.

Excellent news, good work. Yes I would add the cals in as you see fit, the more the better without adding fat. If you notice yourself starting to put on some fat and you want to ensure your bulk is as lean as possible you can obviously drop back a bit on the cals or increase the cardio. Keep up the great work and keep us informed please.

do you guys think I can work my chest twice a week? the first day I want to work on flat, decline, cables and peckdeck exercises. on the second day I want to focus on my upper chest. I've noticed my recovery is very good right now and I think it'll be ok, i don't even feel sore after my workouts. no doms either.
how can I split up my training throughout the week? I also woirk my biceps twice a week cause they're lagging behind, hitting it in different angles.
here's how my split looks like right now:
monday: chest/bicep
tuesday: back
wednesday: rest
thursday: shoulders/legs
friday: tricep/bicep
saturday: rest
sunday: rest

I wouldn't. But hit your muscles as hard as you can while in the gym. I do each muscle group 1 time a week. I have been on mass fx for a week now, and I definitely feel that my recovery is better, so I am sticking with my three day split working out every other day instead of adding a rest day, so I actually workout 3 times every 6 days instead of a week. Rest is when you actually do your growing.

Seeing as your Bi's also get work with Back, and your Tri's also get work with Chest, a single arm day heavy is not a bad idea, I do that. But these are much smaller. faster recuperating muscle groups then Chest/Back/Quads.
If I were to hit Chest twice per week it would be spread out by 3 days and then concentrated to an Upper day and a Mid/Lower day. Something like this:
Mon - Incline Bench, Incline Flyes, Dips
Thu - Flat or Decline Bench, Flat or Decline Flyes
I would keep the volume relatively low, but the weight high. Maybe 6-8 sets total on each day at 80-90% Max.
