Advice?

Let me know what you think I should work on. I would love to compete in the next year or two. The wife doesn't think I will be ready. Any advice is welcome.

I would say you def. need to go on a bulk and add more muscle to your frame.

you could compete whenever you want to. The question is how would you do... Even in 2 years, you're talking about losing 20+ lbs. of fat and gaining 30+ lbs of muscle to be even considered competitive with others that are close to your height. That is a lot. Not to say it couldn't be done, but I think your wife has a more realistic take on your physique than you do.

That being said, give it a shot. The worst that could happen is you get 2 years of solid training under your belt. You're sure to see improvements.

Wow and to think I thought I was doing good. My routine is:
Back/traps/abs
Chest
Legs/calves/abs
OFF
Shoulders
Arms/calves/abs

My arms are 16" at this point. Hell I guess back to the drawing board. Went from 135 to 185 in almost 4 years time. keep the advice coming
