An eventful trip !!

Hey Fem Misc!! been a while since i posted. I recently returned from a trip to NYC which I loved (had gone for a close friends batchelorrete party). I had gone with 4 very close friends and one of them is my best friend of 8 years. I thought I really knew her!!

However on our first night there she revealed to me that she is gay!! now i have nothing against this but I felt so confused!! one of the other girls knew and everyone was shocked I hadn't realised!! I mean I knew she was 29 yr old virgin and I had never seen her date but she told she was shy (waiting for the right person)!! To be honest I am still in shock.

Has anyone experienced anything similar! I still continued my trip with her and had a great time I mean I love her all the same but feel kind of betrayed!! I dont know??

I think it's normal to feel betrayed, afterall, logic would indicate if she was your friend and you hers then secrets would not exist...

However, people are unpredictable...it's the only constant when it comes to relationships whether that be friendship or more than friendship.
