Encouragement and advice needed!
Ok so story short last summer i went from 272 to 217. Felt good. However just hoped on scale and read 263 minus five pounds for **** and just ate and w,e but still much gain. i gotta loss it again. I need encouragement to help start again. i can i just kinda lazy i guess.
Also i start college tuesday. I could go to that gym free but it open only limited hours. Should i wait to do that or go to a local gym for a hundred dollars for three months and start tomorrow and go anytime. Back to the encouagment thing im feeling really lazy help!!
