I know GSP walks around at about 185 pounds and must cut weight/water to fight at 170.

GSP comes ot my gym for his training camps. He isnt really a big guy. GSP actually feels that cuttign weight is bad for your health and doesn'tliek doing it so he walks around under 180 lb

He said he walks around at 185 in his post fight interview against Alves when asked if he would fight Anderson Silva. It seems like GSP is lighter because his body is so dense if you understand what im saying.

GSP carries a lot of mass in his legs. That's probably why his upperbody isn't as impressive size-wise.
