I think better progress could've been made in that time span, but you defiantely added some muscle mass. Maybe after a cut the progress would be a lot more obvious.

I didn't measure before cause i didn't have a scale to do it with but for some reference arms were at 13.75 and are now at 15.75.

Could've had better progress for that timespan, yes. But you definetly added muscle mass while getting leaner. good job.

I'm 5'11 almost in the low 160's now. Those stats are old and inaccurate.

What is the weight difference? Also what is your height? Good bulk man, IMO you could keep going, very solid gains, can definitely see it, strong gains in arms especially.
