Rack Pulls

I'm thinking of incorporating Rack Pulls into my back routine. Just wondering if any of you do them and what kind of results have you got from them. There doesn't seem to be much ROM in the exercise. Bottom line. ARE THEY WORTH IT??

YES...I love them
They are the top end of a Deadlift. You can pull heavier weights then you would from the floor. It is just another good movement to add into a program.

It seems like one of those exercises where you can easily slip up on form and pull a back muscle. I don't why, maybe because I have lower back issues and they just make me nervous...

I love them! Definitely works the back more than a traditional deadlift.
